I’m Amy, and I can help you! Because I’ve been there too—and it’s no surprise. Daily we’re faced with conflicting advice, outdated science, aggressive food marketing, and rising chronic illness rates. Just because something is common, doesn’t mean it’s normal. When we brush off symptoms like bloating, fatigue, and headaches, we overlook the body’s quiet signals that something’s off. As a level 4 nutrition advisor and student with The Nutrition Network, I have a keen focus for metabolic health - our bodies need to be supported on a cellular level to work properly.

My passion for wellness came from my own experiences:

  • Hormonal issues and fatigue, despite doing “everything right”

  • Caring for loved ones as they faced preventable chronic illness

  • Realising our healthcare system manages symptoms, not root causes

This led me to get qualified and take ownership of my health. Now I help others do the same, because here’s the truth: You have far more control over your health than you think you do.

Feeling stuck, unmotivated or just lost in the noise of modern life? I’m Tom, and before I became a coach, I was overwhelmed, overweight and disconnected from myself and my purpose. Exercise became my first outlet. Then it snowballed into a entire health overhaul. Now, it’s just my life!


As a certified life coach, nutrition advisor and personal trainer, I help people reclaim their health by working through every part of their life; mind, body and environment. I’m passionate about creating a space for you where honesty, growth, and resilience can thrive. As this is what’s needed for you to become the best version of yourself, forever!
