  • Week 2 – Processed Food is Playing You
    Learn how ultra-processed foods hijack your brain, affect your hormones, and block your progress. Build confidence to shop smart in the supermarket.

  • Week 3 – Rewire Your Habits & Identity
    You’re not experiencing reality; you’re experiencing your expectations. Ditch the negative self talk and start thinking, speaking, and acting like the person you want to be.

  • Week 4 – Cravings, Hunger & Control
    Understand the biology behind cravings, hunger, and addiction. Learn powerful tools to take back control, without having to rely on ‘willpower’.

  • Weeks 5–12 Gaining more knowledge
    We cover metabolism, insulin, stress, circadian rhythm, resistance training, and more. Not only will you be on your way to your perfect weight - which you will know how to maintain for life - you will be laying the foundation to own your health for good.

  • For clients who need deeper support with food, fuelling, or fat loss strategy.
